Refund Policy
Returns:
We offer a 10-day buyer's remorse return policy. Unopened items can be returned without any restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, expedited shipping fees, and a 2.9% credit card transaction fee. Before returning an item, please email support@hknomatech.com for return instructions.
The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Do not return the product to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not refundable.
Damaged Packaging or Product:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt (support@hknomatech.com) so we can take the necessary steps. If the packaging is severely damaged, please refuse the package and contact customer support immediately.
Refused Packages:
If a package is refused for reasons other than damage, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs incurred by hknomatech.com. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs to your original payment method.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will incur additional shipping charges. This fee applies even if you initially received free shipping. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will refund the item price minus the actual shipping costs to your original payment method. Reshipped packages will be subject to actual shipping costs. If the package is returned and the customer does not contact customer service, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
